It’s unbelievable that December is already here. Just eight weeks ago, we were in Umbria waking up before sunrise, stepping into the grove with cold hands and warm hearts, ready to bring in this year’s harvest. And now, bottles are in your homes, on your tables, and hopefully on your Thanksgiving dishes.
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with your family. This time of year always feels like a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect after what’s been a busy, full year.
Every Pre-Order Has Arrived
We’re happy to confirm that all pre-orders have now been delivered. This was a monumental team effort together with our friends at Arden Dispatch in Sacramento.
If you follow us on Instagram, you might have seen the behind-the-scenes updates. The pallet arrived on Monday, and by Wednesday everything had been unpacked, repacked into individual boxes, labeled, and shipped out. More than 80 orders went out in just a day and a half.

Their coordination, attention to detail, and care were incredible. Everyone received a tracking number, and by now every bottle should be safely delivered. And for that, we are grateful.

Inventory Update and Why We Didn’t Do Black Friday
We didn’t run a Black Friday sale this year, and that was intentional. Our production is limited, and our philosophy is simple: we take care of the people who take care of us.
So instead of offering public discounts, we placed an exclusive coupon inside your box as a thank-you to everyone who pre-ordered this season. We want to stay loyal to our customers first. We respect the land, we respect the process, and we respect you.
