At SOLO OLIVES, we are committed to bringing you the freshest extra virgin olive oil. We ensure it is of the highest quality. It comes straight from our farm in Umbria to your table. We want you to feel 100% confident when purchasing from us. We stand by our product. We also stand by our customer experience.
Our Promise to You
We take great care in producing and packaging our olive oil. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
- Love It or Let Us Know – We cannot accept returns of food products for safety reasons. However, please reach out if you’re not completely satisfied. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders – If your bottle arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery. If you received the wrong order, do the same. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Pre-Order Cancellations
- We understand plans change! You can cancel your pre-order within 60 days for a full refund of your deposit. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Lost or Missing Packages
- If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If it’s still missing, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means resending your order.
