Not Happy?

We can’t accept returns on food products for safety reasons — but that doesn’t mean you’re stuck. If you’re not happy with your oil for any reason, just reach out. We’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement, a refund, or a conversation. No questions asked.

Damaged or Wrong Order

If your bottle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Plans change — we get it. Cancel your pre-order within 60 days for a full refund of your deposit. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable as production will have already begun.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with your carrier or neighbors first. Still missing? Email us and we’ll sort it out.
