Reserving the 2026 Harvest

Open Presale is live through October 31 at up to 20% off. Reserve before the October pressing and your bottles leave the grove with the first of the season.

Open Presale, August 1 through October 31

On August 1, the price drops to up to 20% off (15% off, plus an extra 5% on orders of 6+ units). On November 1 the presale price steps to up to 15% off (10% off, plus an extra 5% on orders of 6 or more). At 11:59 p.m. Pacific on Black Friday, November 27, the presale closes and bottles return to full price.

Harvest & Press, October 14–15

Olives are hand-picked in Paciano, Umbria, washed, and cold extracted the same day at Frantoio Olivestri. Picking green means higher polyphenols and lower acidity. It also means far less oil per tree, which is the cost of doing it properly.

Lab, Nitrogen Storage & Bottling, October 15 through late November

After pressing, the oil is lab tested to verify polyphenol content, acidity, and peroxide values. While results are processed, the oil rests under nitrogen to prevent oxidation. Once certified, it’s bottled, labeled, and cleared for export.

Flies to US, Late November

The oil travels by airfreight, not by sea. Transit takes days, not weeks. On November 1 the presale price steps to up to 15% off (10% plus an extra 5% on 6 or more), the final window before the presale closes at 11:59 p.m. Pacific on Black Friday, November 27.

Ships to You, First Week of December

Orders ship the first week of December. You will get a tracking confirmation by email as soon as your bottles are on their way.

Shipping & Availability

Flat rate $9.99 per order. Free shipping on orders over $100. We produce only what’s ordered. Once the release sells out, there is no more until next harvest. In the rare case that nature prevents production, we refund in full.
