Introducing the SOLO Grove Club

The SOLO Grove Club is more than a loyalty program. It is membership in our grove. Every bottle you buy earns Olive Points, and as they grow you rise through four tiers, unlocking earlier access, deeper stories from Umbria, and eventually an invitation to the harvest itself. This is not a rewards scheme. Each bottle simply brings you closer to the grove.

How it works

You earn 10 Olive Points for every $1 you spend as an Olivo member, and you earn even faster as you rise: 12 points per $1 at Frantoio, 15 at Custode, and 17.5 at Ambassador. Your points stay active with your membership. When you are ready, you use them for real rewards: a 10% voucher, an exclusive SOLO canvas tote, sample bottles to share, or a complimentary full bottle of oil. There is nothing to sign up for. Your first order makes you a member automatically.

How to access your rewards

You start earning the moment you order. To see your Olive Points balance and redeem rewards, you will need a quick account. Here is all it takes:

1. Create your account. At checkout, choose to create an account, or set one up any time at soloolives.com/my-account. Use the same email you order with so your points always follow you.
2. Sign in. Once you are signed in, go to My Account. In the left-hand menu, look for “Olive Points & Rewards”, that is your Grove Club dashboard where you can see your points, tier, available rewards, and your personal referral link. You can also visit the SOLO Grove Club page directly.
3. Your dashboard. Once inside, you will see your Olive Points balance, current tier, referral link, ways to earn, and rewards you can redeem.
4. Redeem when you are ready. Your points stay active with your membership, so there is no rush. Use them whenever the moment feels right.

Tip: In your My Account sidebar, “Olive Points & Rewards” is below Account details. Scroll down if you do not see it right away.

Already ordered as a guest? No points are lost. Just create an account with the same email and your history comes with you.

We have honored your past purchases

If you have bought from us before, you have not missed a thing. We have already credited Olive Points for every past order to your account, so many of you are starting well ahead. Sign in and you will see your points waiting for you.

The four tiers

• Olivo. Your first bottle. Early access to next year’s harvest presale, plus a 10% voucher for you and three to share the grove with friends. Earns 10 Olive Points per $1.
• Frantoio. The mill. Insider content from the grove, an annual virtual Q&A with Ricardo, Share the Grove vouchers, and bonus points when a friend joins. Earns 12 Olive Points per $1.
• Custode. Keeper of the grove. A surprise gift with qualifying orders, insider content from the grove, an exclusive SOLO tote, sample bottles to share, and behind-the-scenes stories from Umbria. Earns 15 Olive Points per $1.
• Ambassador. The highest honor. Everything in Custode plus a surprise gift, unlimited vouchers to share, a private call with the founders, and eligibility for an invitation to join the harvest in Umbria. Earns 17.5 Olive Points per $1, our highest rate.

Share the grove

The best part of the grove is the people in it. Refer a friend and they get 10% off their first bottle. You earn 500 Olive Points for every friend who makes their first purchase.
