For our first batch, we’re sourcing olives from Umbria, Italy, known for its rich, grassy oils with peppery finishes. Handpicked at the peak of ripeness, these olives are cold-pressed and bottled at the source, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor.

We’re committed to transparency at every step of the process. With every bottle, you’ll know exactly where your olive oil comes from—right down to the grove. Our labels feature handwritten batch numbers and a QR code that connects you to the story of that particular oil. You can meet the grower, learn about the harvest, and even see lab test results that confirm its purity.
