Classic SOLO Colli del Trasimeno is an extra virgin olive oil from the hills above Lake Trasimeno in Umbria. Colli del Trasimeno refers to the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, a region known for its distinct microclimate and long tradition of olive cultivation.
The oil is grown by Maestro Jury Presenti one of the most respected olive growers in the region. In 2026, Jury was named national champion at the Forbici d’Oro Italy’s premier olive pruning competition, a recognition of the skill, precision, and deep knowledge he brings to his grove every season. His grove is recognized as an Oliveto Certificato, reflecting strict standards, traceability, and long-term care of the land.
Olives are harvested while still green. Hand-picked fruit is pressed right across the street to preserve freshness, natural antioxidants, and flavor clarity.
This oil is double filtered, resulting in a clear appearance while also ensuring a longer shelf life and preserving its natural characteristics. Each bottle includes a gravity pour spout for a precise and elegant pour without drips and with limited oxidation of the oil.
